How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, and usually within a few hours during North American hours. Billing and live-game issues jump the queue.
Can you help us migrate an existing league?
Yes. Send us what you have — spreadsheets, a schedule PDF, an export from another platform — and we'll tell you exactly what carries over.
Something broke mid-game. What do I do?
Email us with the competition name and roughly when it happened. Scoring is event-based, so a mis-recorded game can almost always be corrected after the fact without losing stats.
Do you do demos for larger organizations?
We do. Pick the sales topic on the form, tell us how many competitions and staff you run, and we'll set up a walkthrough.
