• Payment metadata (amounts, status, payer type/email, processor identifiers, fee metadata).
• Messaging/social data (messages, reactions, participants, invites, friend requests).
• Uploaded files (avatars, logos, banners, waiver PDFs).

• Provide and secure accounts and product features.
• Process registrations, guardian approvals, waivers, and payment workflows.
• Send transactional communications and support messages.
• Operate fraud prevention, enforcement, and legal compliance controls.

• To organizations, coaches, and admins where needed for league operations.

RecTrack does not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Minors and COPPA

For children under 13, guardian consent is required before account activation and personal data use. For minors under 18, guardian approvals may be required for registration and/or payment actions.

Guardians may request review, correction, or deletion of their child's data by contacting privacy@rectrack.app.
